I am having a small anxiety attack. Tonight I chair my 1st meeting. My stomach is doing flip flops. My sponsor suggested I do it to get over my fear of talking in front of people. I know I should not be scared, this group of mine is just a awesome bunch of men who really care. Me & my sponsor are the only women in our group. I will be the 1st women to chair for this group.
